Program Overview

No two DUT classes are the same—that's the point. Daily Ultimate Training is our signature HIIT class, built around timed interval stations designed to keep your body guessing and your results coming.
Each session is science-backed and professionally structured to push your strength, endurance, and technique all at once. You'll move through a variety of equipment and exercises, and by the end of class, you'll feel the difference. The more you come, the stronger you get. It's that simple.

Training Style

DUT is fast-paced, high-energy, and never boring. Your coach runs the class through a series of stations—each one designed to challenge a different part of your body and build real functional fitness. One day it might be heavy on the kettlebells and battle ropes. The next, it's TRX, plyo boxes, and medicine balls. The variety is intentional. It keeps your body adapting and your mind locked in.
Scaled for all levels. Whether you're new to HIIT or a seasoned athlete looking for a serious burn, DUT delivers.
