  • 1.2 Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and non-assignable. Members may not lend or share access credentials, including the membership QR code accessed through the mobile app.
  • 1.3 Memberships commence on the official start date recorded in the system unless otherwise approved in writing.
  • 1.4 Presale memberships will commence on the official club opening date.
  • 1.5 Any approved delayed start does not alter the minimum commitment period.

2. Membership Types and Commitment

  • 2.1 Annual and Monthly Recurring memberships carry a minimum commitment of twelve months.
  • 2.2 Flexible memberships carry a minimum commitment of sixty days (2 months).
  • 2.3 Cancelling an automated payment does not cancel the contractual obligation.

3. Non-Refundable Memberships and Services

All memberships and all personal training memberships, packages, sessions, and services are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances and at any cost.

  • 3.1 By joining, the Member acknowledges and accepts that no refund will be issued at any time, for any reason. This includes, without limitation, injury, illness, pregnancy, relocation, loss of employment, dissatisfaction, change of personal circumstances, non-attendance, or non-use of the membership or service.
  • 3.2 No use, partial use, or non-attendance of a membership, personal training membership, or service does not entitle the Member to any refund, credit, or extension.
  • 3.3 All fees paid, including membership fees, personal training fees, joining fees, registration fees, and any advance payments toward classes or activities, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • 3.4 Promotional, discounted, and complimentary memberships, months, and extensions are non-refundable and carry no cash value.

4. Payments and Fees

  • 4.1 All memberships and services are paid in advance.

  • 4.4 Membership fees may be increased annually in line with inflation or VAT adjustments, with reasonable notice.

5. Freezing a Membership

  • 5.1 Freezing may be offered at management discretion as an alternative to cancellation. Freezing is not a refund and does not create any right to a refund.
  • 5.2 Freeze requests must be submitted in writing. A processing fee may apply.

6. Cancellation

  • 6.1 Cancellation stops future billing only where the minimum commitment has been met. It does not entitle the Member to any refund of fees already paid.
  • 6.2 Early cancellation is not permitted except in exceptional circumstances approved by management, and in no case gives rise to a refund.
  • 6.3 Approved cancellations require thirty days written notice with valid documentation.

7. Transfers

  • 7.1 Membership transfers may be approved at management discretion and are not a refund.
  • 7.2 A transfer fee applies.

    • Members aged 16 and above are considered adults for the purposes of facility access and class participation.
  • 11.4 The health and safety restrictions in Part B, including sauna use, apply to youth members regardless of age.
  • 11.5 A membership for any person under the age of 18 must be applied for and signed by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms and full financial and legal responsibility on the minor's behalf.

  • 12.5 Club staff and coaches are not medical practitioners. Any guidance provided is general fitness guidance only and does not constitute medical advice.
  • 12.6 Members consent to the Company arranging emergency first aid or medical treatment on their behalf where reasonably considered necessary, at the Member's expense.
  • 12.7 Members must not use the facilities while suffering from a contagious illness or condition posing a risk of cross-infection.
  • 12.8 Members and guests who are pregnant, have a heart condition, or are on medication must not use the sauna, and should seek medical advice before use.

  • 13.1 The Member understands that use of the facilities and participation in activities, including weight training, group classes, high-intensity training, boxing, kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, mixed martial arts, and other combat or contact disciplines, involves inherent risks, including the risk of serious personal injury, illness, or, in rare cases, death.
  • 13.2 The Member voluntarily and knowingly assumes all such risks, whether arising from their own actions, the actions of others, the use of equipment, or the nature of the activity.
  • 13.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Member releases the Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, and coaches from all claims, demands, and liabilities for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by the Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  • 13.4 The Member agrees to indemnify the Company against any claim, loss, or expense arising from the Member's breach of these Terms, misuse of the facilities, or negligent or reckless conduct.
  • 13.5 The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the loss or theft of personal property brought onto the premises.

19. Change of Services and Force Majeure

  • 19.1 The Company reserves the right to change schedules, class timings, and services offered. A change of services does not qualify for a refund.
  • 19.2 The Company is not liable for any failure or delay in providing services, or for any club closure, caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including government orders, public health measures, natural events, utility failures, or maintenance.
  • 19.3 Temporary closure or suspension of services for such reasons does not entitle the Member to a refund. The Company may, at its discretion, extend the membership term instead.
