Membership Sales Advisor

About the role

Be the first face members meet — tour the club, understand goals, and turn free-pass visitors into long-term members.

What you'll do

• Handle enquiries, book and run club tours, and convert trials to memberships
• Hit monthly membership and referral targets
• Manage the front desk experience and member check-ins
• Keep the CRM accurate and follow up on every lead
• Represent the UFC GYM brand with energy and professionalism

What we're looking for

• 1+ years in sales, hospitality or membership (fitness a plus)
• Confident, target-driven and great with people
• Comfortable with CRM tools and daily follow-up
• Fluent English (Arabic a plus)
• Flexible with weekend and evening shifts
