About the role
Own the P&L, the team and the member experience for one of our flagship Abu Dhabi clubs.
What you'll do
- Lead the full club team — coaching, sales, front desk and operations
- Own membership growth, retention and club revenue targets
- Deliver an outstanding, on-brand member experience every day
- Manage rotas, standards, maintenance and health & safety
- Report on performance and drive continuous improvement
What we're looking for
- 4+ years managing a fitness club, hospitality venue or retail unit
- Proven P&L and team-leadership track record
- Strong commercial and people-management skills
- Passion for fitness and the UFC GYM brand
- UAE market experience preferred
